Is the cost of the container included in the price of my floral designs?

Yes! The cost of the container is included in the price of all Florals, Greenery and Trees!

When will I receive my order?

NDI designs are created in our facility in Alabama. We do not stock finished items therefore your order is made especially for you! The normal lead time to produce our products is 4 – 6 weeks. This lead time does not include shipping time to you, even if an expedited shipping option is selected. NDI offers expedited shipping services for FedEx items, which can be selected at checkout. Common Carrier pieces cannot be expedited. Note that choosing an expedited shipping method does not change the manufacturing and/or processing time before your order can ship.

What methods of payment do you accept?

NDI accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal and Discover for domestic shipments. Orders over $10,000 will be charged 3% surcharge if paying by credit card. International shipments require full payment up front, via wire transfer. All initial orders must be prepaid on all trade accounts. Net 30 with approved credit. C.O.D. is not available. Contract work requires a 50% deposit with order. All unpaid invoices are subject to 1.5% Interest per month (18% annum).

What if I need to cancel an item or order?

All cancellation requests must be received in writing, by fax, mail or e-mail and must be received before an item is put into production in order for the cancellation to be processed. All items are made to order. If an order is cancelled during the production process, it will be subject to a 20% restock fee.

What if I order an item that is out of stock or discontinued?

Back orders will ship as soon as possible and will be kept on order for 90 days unless cancelled in writing prior to the order being put into production.

Can NDI silk plants or floral designs go outdoors?

Our products are made from a variety of fabrics, molded, dyed and finished by hand. Just as you would not put your sofa in an exposed area, the same holds true for your NDI Florals and Botanicals. All fabrics fade in direct sunlight, however, they may be used in a completely covered area with no direct sunlight, nor exposure to water from weather or otherwise. What is your return policy?

If you need to return merchandise, please contact NDI Client Services before doing so to receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions; or merchandise will not be accepted. Contract, custom pieces, and final sale items are non-returnable, this also includes trees sold in paper mache containers. Merchandise must be returned in the original box and returned in good condition. Items returned that are not properly packaged will not be credited. Returns must be made within 15 days after receipt of the order and are subject to a 20% restocking fee (on subtotal before discounts or promotions) plus freight charges, as all items are custom made to order. Customer is responsible for return freight charges. Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receipt or no credit will be given. We are not responsible for damages reported after goods are received at a warehouse and then transported to another location. How much will the shipping be for my order?

NDI’s website calculates the shipping charges for your order, based on the items in your Shopping Cart. Drop shipments will be subject to a $20 processing fee. Larger, volume orders may require a higher rate; you will be contacted by an NDI team member if you order meets the requirement for a truckload rate. All NDI products ship from our factory in Brewton, Alabama via FedEx or Common Carrier as noted in each product description. Common Carrier shipments for residential deliveries will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal. Drop shipments by Common Carrier delivery include curbside delivery only. *Free standard truck shipping applies to RETAIL orders valued at $500 or more, shipping in the contiguous United States. Truck Shipping with limited access zip codes will be subject to limited access fees, as shown during checkout. Free shipping is not applicable on TRADE account orders. Will my NDI items require assembly once they arrive?

No, all floral arrangements and greenery will arrive to you pre assembled by our talented designers here at the factory. A little ‘fluffing’ may be required to account for movement during shipping. Some trees over 7′ may require minor assembly, due to shipping limitations. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact NDI Customer Service for more information 800-522-2627.

What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

Tell me about your New Outdoor Collection!

You asked, we answered! We are debuting our first-ever line of trees and greenery, UV rated, and suitable for standard outdoor use! UV inhibitors provide a moderate protection from direct sunlight + fading…the perfect solution for outdoor living spaces and seasonal usage. The standard life expectancy in temperate climates is 2 years without fading (may be less in areas of intense sun exposure, FL, NV, and AZ states). Not suitable for extreme weather conditions.

How do I become a trade customer?

To become an NDI trade customer and receive trade pricing on silk flowers, greenery and everything else we offer, you must be a professional architect, interior designer, furniture or specialty store, providing a resale tax ID #, a copy of your business license and five trade companies you are currently doing business with.

How do I become an NDI Dealer listed on the website?

In order to become an NDI listed dealer you must meet the per annum sales volume requirement and be in good credit standing with NDI. To learn more about how to become an NDI Dealer contact a Client Service Representative at 800-522-2627.

Does NDI have a showroom of silk flowers, greenery, decor and other displays?

Yes, NDI shows exclusively at our Nations largest home furnishings show, the International Furniture Market in High Point, North Carolina. The shows are to the trade only and open twice a year for one week in April and October. Our new showroom is in the 200 Steele Building, Suite 101 on the 1st floor.

What is the minimum opening order and reorder for the trade? Do you drop ship?

The minimum opening order is $500.00 and must be prepaid. A reorder under $250.00 will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee. You may submit a credit application to set up terms for future orders. All drop shipments will be subject to a $20 processing fee.

How do I see trade prices on the web?

To become an NDI trade customer and receive trade pricing, you must be a professional architect, interior designer, furniture or specialty store, providing a resale tax ID #, a copy of your business license and five trade companies you are currently doing business with. After this information is received we will assign and send a password to you for trade log into credentials to NDI.com where your trade pricing will be listed.

Does NDI offer expedited shipping service?

NDI offers expedited shipping services for FedEx items, which can be selected at checkout. Common Carrier pieces cannot be expedited. Note that choosing an expedited shipping method does not change the manufacturing and/or processing time before your order can ship.

Can a set be broken up Example: WF917/2?

Some of our sets can be broken; if this is the case, their separate number will be shown next to the set number without a slash and set quantity. Example – WF917/2 is a set of 2. If the item is available as a single item it will be WF917 A or B.

Can I sell NDI designs on my website?

You must have a brick and mortar storefront to sell and display NDI images on the web. NDI does not authorize the selling of our products via third party websites without prior written permission. You can only advertise NDI items for sale on your website that have been received into your inventory within the calendar year, as we will not drop ship to your online customers. Images used on your website must be supplied by NDI. NDI items cannot be advertised for sale online, below a keystone markup.
