A $200 non-refundable deposit is required before we can start the process. Upon completion, this will be applied towards your final invoice total.
The lead time for custom designs is 8-12 weeks. Once you've approved your custom design quote, we'll start on your first design draft. We love a visual, so photos or favorite looks you're partial to are encouraged.
We want your thoughts! After your initial design draft is complete, we will send a photo proof to be sure we are conveying your vision. If alterations are needed from here, we will make tweaks up to 3 times with your initial deposit.
We've mastered the art of shipping quality fabric florals to arrive in perfect condition. We've also put a lot of love into your design and know you’re ecstatic to receive it, so be sure to review opening instructions on the carton to avoid damaging your creation when unboxing.
