Shipping Information

Shipping Charges:
Our U.S. shipping charges  for retail orders is included in the price of the product.  There is no additional charge for shipping, unless you select an expedited shipping option.
Every NDI piece is custom made to order.  Please note that choosing an expedited shipping method does not change the manufacturing and/or processing time before your order can ship.
Shipping Methods:
NDI products will ship from our factory in Brewton, Alabama, via FedEx or Common Carrier as noted in each product description.
Important to note about Common Carrier Shipments:
Many items we sell are too large or too heavy to ship using FedEx; therefore, our best option is to ship using a common carrier.  Truck freight is different than standard FedEx or US Mail because you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it's going).
Truck freight also differs from FexEx for residential deliveries since you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delibery appointment. 
If you are ordering a very large item (tree for example) keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it.  Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house.  Once we e-mail you tracking information, you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services.  You will be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.
Lead Time:
Every NDI piece is custom made to order. 

The normal lead time to produce our products is 10-15 business days.  This lead time does not include shipping time to you, even if an expedited shipping option is selected.

NDI offers expedited shipping services for FedEx items, which can be selected at checkout. Common Carrier pieces can not be expedited.  

Return Policy

1. Items may be returned within 15 days after receipt of the order.
2. Custom orders are not returnable or refundable.

Return Instructions

1. Contact customer service to obtain return authorization.
2. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.
3. Items returned that are not properly packaged will not be credited.
4. Damages must be reported within five days after receipt of the order.
